These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, concierge services, and all related digital and offline experiences offered under the Plenoxecho brand. By engaging with our platform, you enter into a binding agreement with Plenoxecho.cloud, registered in Malta. Please read these Terms carefully before proceeding.
By accessing plenoxecho.cloud, browsing our pages, submitting an inquiry, or finalizing a reservation through our concierge, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part, please discontinue use of the website immediately. Continued use after revisions constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you are accessing our services on behalf of a company, organization, or third party, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms. Minors under the age of 18 may not create inquiries, place reservations, or otherwise transact through Plenoxecho without verified parental or guardian consent.
Plenoxecho is a curated luxury hospitality concierge platform that provides recommendations, booking facilitation, and travel coordination for Malta's premium resort properties. Our services include, but are not limited to: resort and suite reservations, wellness and spa bookings, VIP airport transfers, yacht charters, private dining arrangements, and bespoke itinerary design.
Plenoxecho operates as an independent intermediary. We do not own, operate, or manage the resorts, restaurants, vessels, or vehicles featured on this website. Final delivery of each experience is provided by the respective partner operator under their own terms, licenses, and standards of care.
All reservations are subject to availability and to the terms and conditions of the partner resort or service provider. Plenoxecho acts as an intermediary and is not directly responsible for resort services delivered on-site. A reservation is only considered confirmed upon receipt of a formal written confirmation from our concierge team.
Guests are required to provide accurate personal details, valid identification, and a verifiable payment instrument. Plenoxecho reserves the right to refuse, modify, or cancel any booking where information appears inaccurate, fraudulent, or where the request conflicts with partner-resort eligibility criteria.
Special requests — such as dietary requirements, accessibility accommodations, or celebration arrangements — are forwarded to the relevant partner but cannot be unconditionally guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed in writing.
Prices listed on the website are indicative and subject to change without notice based on availability, seasonality, currency fluctuation, and partner pricing updates. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of booking and stated in EUR unless otherwise specified.
Quoted rates may exclude local taxes, eco-contribution levies, service charges, gratuities, and optional add-on experiences. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure certain reservations, particularly during peak Mediterranean season (June through September) and around major Maltese cultural events.
Cancellation policies vary by resort, vendor, and experience type. Plenoxecho will communicate the applicable terms in writing at the time of reservation. Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
No-shows, late arrivals, or early departures are generally non-refundable. For force majeure events — including but not limited to severe weather, governmental restrictions, or public health emergencies — Plenoxecho will mediate with partner providers in good faith but cannot guarantee refunds beyond the partner's stated policy.
Guests are expected to conduct themselves with the discretion and decorum befitting the luxury Mediterranean settings curated by Plenoxecho. Disruptive behavior, unlawful activity, or violation of partner-resort house rules may result in immediate termination of services without refund. Plenoxecho reserves the right to decline future bookings from guests who have materially breached these standards.
All content on this website — including text, imagery, photography, video, branding, typography, layouts, and design — is the intellectual property of Plenoxecho.cloud or its licensors and is protected under Maltese, European, and international copyright law. No part of the site may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
The Plenoxecho name, logo, and visual identity are trademarks of Plenoxecho.cloud. Unauthorized use of these marks may result in legal action.
Our website may contain links or references to third-party websites, including resort partners, payment processors, and mapping services. Plenoxecho is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or service quality of any third party. Engagement with third-party services is undertaken at your own discretion and subject to their own terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plenoxecho is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of partner resort services, third-party operators, or this website. This includes — without limitation — personal injury, property damage, loss of enjoyment, missed connections, or interruption of travel.
Plenoxecho's total aggregate liability for any claim is strictly limited to the concierge service fee paid by the guest for the specific reservation in question.
We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, personal liability, and luggage. Plenoxecho does not provide insurance and cannot be held responsible for losses that would ordinarily be covered by such a policy.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Plenoxecho.cloud, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of our services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively within Maltese jurisdiction, with the courts of Valletta retaining final authority. The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform is also available for eligible consumer disputes.
Plenoxecho reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by an enforceable provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
